Have you ever come across a person who - on public roads or footpaths or shop counters - brushes against opposite sex ? Most of the times (more than 95 %), the act is deliberate & often well planned. Even the opposite sex appears to have given mute consent to the act. Is it really immorality at its peak ? Is it going to convert our great civilisation into a society based on animal instinct ? Well, the answer is NO. Moral police will not accept this;but the fact is - "such acts help people overcome their psychological stresses. In more than 70 % cases, people derive some sort of emotional assurance that they are acceptable to someone & if you are acceptable to one person, there's always a possibility that you will be acceptable to some other person as well. This feeling relieves people from emotional stresses which are unavoidable in today's fast life.
Most of the people stop at this point. Not every act of Eve teasing (or Adam teasing) results into a fully blown affair. It is like tease & forget type activity. Through these acts, people perhaps keep boosting each other's morale. Of course, subtlty should not be lost. That means one should not look like a mannersless person & it should be a matter between two consenting persons only.
